[ Date is far too distracted by the scent of Ryuki in his nose to really focus on the rest of what Ryuki says, so he doesn't get a chance to show his actual concern for the other man and how he feels. He does have thoughts about what might work for Ryuki, what should be better for him than just meds, but he's far too gone on his own pre-rut to really give Ryuki the adequate care he deserves.
So, it's a good thing Ryuki kicks him off. He's shoved back by his foot and lands on his ass on the mat instead with a soft oof. There's a pout on his face, of course, at being pushed back and he looks to Ryuki as the rabbit pushes up to his feet. Date does the same, pressing a hand to the mat before using it as leverage to stand and then he's in front of Ryuki again, his height making him tower over him a bit again.
His tail starts wagging. ]
Yeah, we should warm up. How do you want to do it this time?
[ He feels pretty stretched out and flexible and honestly, the pre-rut energy he's feeling is making him want to skip right to sparring now. He just has too much energy bottled up to ignore it and his fingers twitch at his side with the urge to reach out and touch Ryuki in some way. ]
